Providing liquidity to Karrot Exchange is a straightforward way to earn passive income on your assets. By adding liquidity to the AMM pool, you enable token swaps and earn a share of the fees generated from each swap. These fees are distributed back to liquidity providers based on their share of the pool. Currently, Karrot Exchange charges a flat fee of 0.3% on each swap, which is then returned to the liquidity providers.
